1. The service. Munch Vending LLC offers a text messaging service for customer support related to our vending machines. Messages cover issues such as failed vends, refund requests, card pre-authorization holds, and machine problems.
2. Opting in. You opt in by sending a text message to our support number, printed on our vending machines and on www.munchvending.com. By texting us, you agree to receive text message replies from Munch Vending about your request.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the conversation. We only reply to conversations you start.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resume.
6. Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].
7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
